Putting Up Edited Logs

As you may have noticed, each realm's front web page has a linked for logs. Here's the final step in editing your logs -- putting them up on the web.

1. Go to your logs page. The URL for this will be in the following format:
   

   http://www.realityfault.org/realms/[your realm name]/logs/

   or for a particular case of a realm we currently have on RealityFault:
   

   http://www.realityfault.org/realms/indigo/logs/

2. At the end of the URL type in:
   

   edit/

   You should end up with a URL that looks generally like this:
   

   http://www.realityfault.org/realms/[your realm name]/logs/edit/

   or for a specific example:
   

   http://www.realityfault.org/realms/indigo/logs/edit/

3. Once you've done this, it will bring up a little box which will prompt you as follows:
   

   Enter username for [your realm name] log editor at www.realityfault.org:

   Put in your user name and password (you get that from the email Lou_Admin sent you about your new realm's log page), and hit the okay button.

   Alternatively, if you've forgotten your realm's log page password, you can email Lou for a reminder.

   Occasionally you'll get the box again. Just re-enter the info, send Lou a polite email explaining that it happened again, and continue.

4. At this point you should be at this URL:
   

   http://www.realityfault.org/realms/[your realm name]/logs/edit/

   and the page should be titled:
   

   Log Editor: Editor's Menu

   and should have a list of options available to you, i.e. creating, editing, deleting, or moving a log. From this point on, just follow the directions, and click as necessary.
