Reality Fault is running a version of the FuzzBall server, specifically Muck2.2fb5.68-rf. That's TinyMuck v2.2, FuzzBall 5.68, localized for RealityFault.

There are some documents on "Mink's MUCK Docs and MUF archive" that are quite useful. The MUF Overview covers the basics of programming, but I'd start at the beginning and give it the once over. It covers the basics quite nicely.
