Captain Sylune Vrinn (Sylune)
Sylune Vrinn is the daughter of Zarrazz Vrinn and the late Liriel Vrinn. She was raised on the surface of Toril, switching back and forth from her father's estate just outside of Shadowdale and his home in Waterdeep. She was taught to respect magic at a young age and had a voracious appetite to learn its secrets. She was tutored by some of the best mages that Zarrazz could find, and quickly grew to be very adept.
Her father left Toril when she was almost two hundred years old, and she left a few short years later to find him. During her travels through space she enrolled in the Elven Imperial Fleet, and was eventually raised to Captain and given her own ship, the Man-O-War which she affectionately named "Starflight," after a spell used extensively by worshippers of the Goddess of Magic, Mystra. It was on this ship she met Rennyn, posted to her ship as a commander. He was eventually raised to Grand Admiral of the Oloth Fleet.
Sylune's quest to find her father is what brought her to the Oloth Sphere, and he is the reason she has remained, despite her curiosity about a sphere she encountered briefly in her travels. She believes this is the sphere that contains the homeworld of the Elves. She has also remained in Oloth in an official capacity as a part of the Oloth Fleet, and was occasionally an aid to her father when he was the governor. When her father was removed from his position, the position was offered to her. Disgusted by the Council and the fact it had let her father be removed from office, she flatly refused. Her actions at this time are unknown, although she seldom leaves Oloth for any length of time.
Sylune wed Killrah Cain, a long-time resident of Arcana City, in a private ceremony in Arcana's Park. She recently gave birth to their first child, Ellandrill Amara Vrinn.
