• This information is used and seen only by Operations so that they may build your character(s) and/or realm for you.

• No third parties ever receive any of this information without your express prior consent, or as required by law.

• Your phone number will be used only within reason, i.e. to give you your password or in case of an emergency. We are sorry to have to do this, but since we allow freemail addresses we require the phone number as a form of unique personal ID. Again, this information is kept off-line by Operations.
